What I built
- One autonomous pipeline covering prospect discovery, enrichment, drafting, delivery, reply handling, and meeting booking.
- A pre-sales demo that finds real businesses in a visitor's market, writes the emails they'd receive, and simulates how replies get handled.
- Managed sending: buy a domain in-app and the system connects it, warms the mailboxes over several weeks, and tells you when it's ready.
- Self-serve subscription billing, per-tenant usage quotas, and a cross-tenant admin dashboard with live KPIs and pipeline health alerts.
- Human-in-the-loop escalation that drafts a response whenever a reply is beyond what the system should answer alone.
- An AI support copilot with cross-session memory that knows whether it's talking to a customer or a prospect.
